Do most girls who are from foreign countries have thicker accents?

Than boys? My cousins daughter's are from Romania and they will be coming here to visit of the next two months. I have noticed that their accent's are stronger than the boys from Romania. For instance if you hear her daughter Torry say, "How are you doing?" It sounds like "Aow ahh uuh dew ing?" And you shuld hear her say Dennis Hopper it sounds like "Dinez Opper" I think it's so cute the way they talk. But like I said I nottice their accents are stronger than boys from their. Is it just that girls have stronger accents than boy or what?
