I really need help =(?

okay so i got my period , but i took a test anyways to put my mind at rest. well i got my BFP! happy time right? no. today , i continued to bleed like i have been - which was just spotting , no flow until i would use the bathroom. well i had two clots today. smaller than a dime. could this have been a miscarraige? the doctors wont see me as it is too early. could someone give me some insight
