Is she jealous of me and tryin to take advantage?

My cousin has issues she gets ssi and works part-time in dietary she 25 yrs but everytime she around me or know i got money she be askin can she borrow i let her and don't really ask for it back but its too much then she has bad issues with me she wants to do every thing like me put it like this even on down to my timing of having a child she make me feel like she has issues and wants to be me she always feel like she gotta prove her self she try to keep up with me and every thing i do she wants to be in comp with everything i do she don't even have money to do half the **** i do
