What was the Left so worried about those killed in Kosovo, & not those killed in Iraq by Saddam?

Wikileaks revealed an unproportionate number of civilian casualties during the Iraq war. So, of course we care about them, it's just that we're critical against the methods the Bush administration used - not to mention that Bush attacked Iraq under false pretenses.
