Are EagleNT.sys safe?? and what are they?

ok i start playing this game combat arms and everytime i log off and scan for rootkits this EagleNT pops up i found out i only get it from this game and the location is C:\Windows\system32\drivers\EagleNT.sys. i was wondering is anyone knew what this is and if its safe and how i can delete it permanently so if u got any answers but reply thank you
