What statistical test is proper when validating two sets of perceptional data?

The two sets of data are : (1) from self-rate made by school administrators on their leadership styles; and, (2) rating made by administrators' subordinates on their superiors' leadership styles. Both groups use the same indicators. How do I test whether administrators' self-rating is validated by subordinates' rating?
