Blood Brothers; What are the names of Mrs Johnstone's Children?

I know Willy Russel only tells you a few of their names and i think they are; Micky, Edward, Sammy and Donna Marie. Also in the song Marilyn Monroe, the name Darren Wayne is mentioned.. Am i correct or is there other names that are mentioned?
