How can I get an apartment with little credit, no job, and no co-signer.?

I'm 20 years old. I want to transfer schools: IUPUI. I missed the housing application deadline and now I have no place to stay. I want to get an apartment, but I will not have a stable job, since I'll be just moving out there, I have little credit, and my mom could co-sign but she filed for bankruptcy about a year ago. I could pay extra for a security deposit, but no one has given me that option.
