I have the blackberry fone from at@t andi t broke some one please help me!?

okay well the charger from inside my from broke so i cant charge my phone....later on ima go take it to ths tore but does anyone know if i can actually get it fixed......cuz i dont got insurance so will they give me a new one??or someone people said that if i just complain theyll give ma new one is that gtrue plllzzzzz answer this i need help! soon! =]] thanx!
