How can I convince my mom to let me wear eye make up (I'm a guy)?

Okay, First off our parents tell us to express our selfs in our own way. and you wanna express yourself by wearing make up, tell her that i will buy it and if you think it doesnt look right then i just wont do it, but then you have to let me do something that i wanna do.
