Saddam Hussein was an ally of the Bush and Reagan Administrations. Does that make them terrorists?

Yes its true, the US sold him weapons, he was an ally because the US was still angry with Iran over the hostage crisis and fearful of its fundamentalist Islamic regime. There used to be a joke (when we could still laugh) that the US knew Saddam Hussein had weapons of m destruction because we still had the receipts.
