Put me on a workout plan lol more info inside?

ok im 20 years old i weigh about 230 :/ **** maybe more... im 5"2 and im ready to work out im 100% free everyday so put me on a workout plan what should i do like what kind of stuff can i do at home i need a workout plan help me out!! and what kind of diet should i do a diet that worked for me was the atkins diet but like everyone i gained the weight back so help me out :) my birthday is in march and im having a party for my 21!! i want everybody 2 see me that day and go... omg!!!! so help me :) thanxxxxxx lol
