No tax increases coupled with huge spending cuts....how can we do this and make it work?

I'll buy into this....immediately end all three of these military operations...zero funding except for transporting the troopers home. Then, zero 'stimulus' funds in the districts of the congress critters who are all for this 'cut spending and no taxes' idea. The folks that elected these people evidently don't want any 'government money coming to their districts..otherwise they wouldn't have voted for these people. The results would be a savings of several billion dollars a day for these wars, plus we could cut the overall military budget...now 800 billion borrowed dollars a year by at least 1/3. The troopers brought home could be offered immediate discharge, or they could be transferred to the Coast Guard and sent to the US Mexican border. Military people can't be used for civilian law enforcement, but the Coast Guard being under Homeland Security technically isn't 'military'. How about some feedback on this? Operators are standing by!
